POI BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Description of the POI	Organic farm producing vegetables and herbs and focussing in particular on the preservation of local kinds of beans also through the participation to a regional preservation project. The farm is very active also in the field of educational activities, especially when it comes to the knowledge of wild herbs. The restaurant uses own products and proposes a menu based on old traditional recipes. The building hosting the restaurant dates back to the 17th Century. Azienda agricola che adotta un metodo biologico certificato per la produzione di ortaggi, piccoli frutti ed erbe officinali, di cui seguono le trasformazioni in prodotti conservati. Hanno partecipato a un progetto di recupero della biodiversità regionale dei fagioli e continuano con la coltivazione di un campo-catalogo di varietà autoctone di fagioli della Val Pesarina. L'azienda è iscritta all'elenco delle fattorie didattiche; propongono attività didattiche legate alla raccolta ed alla catalogazione delle erbe spontanee e sulla coltivazione e la raccolta di prodotti di stagione. Nell'agriturismo utilizzano i prodotti aziendali e hanno uno spaccio dei prodotti freschi e trasformati. La proposta culinaria si ispira alle antiche ricette pesarine e carniche. L'edificio adibito ad agriturismo è un pregiato esempio di dimora signorile del Seicento.
