Description of the POI
The airport is located about 15 kilometers north of Rijeka. The first flights started in 1947. From the very beginning, the airport was different from the others in the country due to its specific location. Because of the very demanding configuration of the surrounding terrain and unfavorable weather conditions, the flights were only seasonal. Today, visitors can take part in adrenaline sports (panoramic Cessna flying, training and parachuting, training and piloting gliders, training and kite flying)

Opening
There are no working hours. Visitors can ride at any time of day and year. The weather is always nice, without strong winds and exact cloudiness.
Booking
It is necessary to talk to the pilot and set a time for the ride, preferably a few days before, following the weather report.
Cost
The price of a panoramic ride starts from 70€ for 2 people.
The price of a parachute jump ranges from 20€ for club members.

Accessibility/limitations to access
Younger people can attend accompanied by their parents. Practice says that younger people (children) show great interest. People with mobility difficulties cannot participate in the attraction due to the difficulty of boarding the aircraft and there are no specific accommodations for them.
