POI BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Description of the POI
Đula abyss is the phenomenon of a hydrogeological monument of nature. Through the canyon through the very center of the city, the river Dobra ends its course - it sinks under the stone and steep cliffs in a huge opening: Đula's abyss continues with the Medvedica cave into the longest speleological object in Croatia. So far, as many as 15,701 meters of the system have been explored.
The name of the abyss is related to the legend of Đula, who fell into the abyss due to unrequited love.
