POI BRIEF DESCRIPTION
Description of the POI The Ozalj Homeland Museum was located in the Old Town of Ozalj. Its material includes a history of 6,000 years, which can be traced through written history and archaeological artifacts. The history told by historical units highlights the local history presented until the First World War, ie until 1918 - the story of the Pauline order in the monastery in Svetice, the construction of HPP Ozalj called "Munjara" from 1908, the construction of the railway in 1913, emigration to USA and education.
